Project Overview

Commissioned a comprehensive home transformation, including a loft conversion, and 1st refurbishment of the existing property. The brief was to create additional living space, modernise interiors, and ensure structural improvements while preserving the home’s character.

Scope of Work

This large-scale project involved multiple trades and services:

  • Structural works for the double storey extension and mansard loft conversion

  • Electrical rewire and NICEIC certification

  • Gas system upgrades and new boiler installation (GAS SAFE registered)

  • Window and door replacements (FENSA-approved glazing)

  • Complete interior refurbishment including plastering, painting, flooring, kitchen, and bathroom remodels

  • Roofing, terrace, insulation, and exterior landscaping

Project management was key to coordinating multiple trades and stages, ensuring the project ran smoothly, safely, and on schedule.
