The property, a Victorian terrace, required both internal and external improvements to modernise the space to be a wheelchair friendly while keeping its traditional character intact. The brief was simple — reliable tradesmanship, clear communication, and a finish that would last.

Scope of Work

The project involved a combination of skilled trades, including:

  • Electrical rewiring and certification (NICEIC approved)

  • Gas system update and new boiler installation (GAS SAFE registered)

  • Double glazing replacement with FENSA-approved windows

  • Full redecoration and plastering

  • Kitchen and bathroom refurbishment
