Challenges & Solutions

Working on a Victorian property often means uncovering structural surprises. During the early stages, we discovered issues with the existing foundations and damp ingress in the lower ground floor.

Our team swiftly stabilised the structure, implemented modern damp-proofing solutions, and reinforced the foundations  all while keeping the project on schedule and within budget.

Careful coordination with architects and structural engineers ensured every element met building control requirements, without compromising on design.

The Result

The completed home now features an open-plan kitchen and living space that seamlessly connects to the garden — perfect for family life and entertaining.
